Some build details
- Build time: ~4 hours, excluding waiting for glue to cure / dry
- Parts: 194 pieces advertised

Review
- Picked this up since it felt “meta”—having a book nook that had books in it was an interesting idea.
- As per the instructions, some parts have a really tight fit and needed sanding. Sandpaper is included, anyway.
- The mirror effect is well executed, and details that are shown through the mirror are already mirrored, improving the effect.
- Very high amount of stickers. Nearly all the books are stickered on. But blends really well with the build anyway, unlike plastic models.
- Simple LED setup with a 2xAAA battery source. Wiring is uncomplicated. Snippets of electrical tape are included. Turning it on is done through a capacitive button on the front.
- There are some plastic pieces, such as the sofa and some of the little trinkets.
- It has a small three-branched plastic plant included, and you have to snip them off and stuff them inside plastic vases to build. Easily my least favorite part of the build as they’re a bit troublesome to work with.
- Small circular double-sided tape is included to attach a significant number of parts. Not a fan of that, so I opted for PVA glue.
